Wedding Card with Copic Markers and Airbrushing

We are approaching Spring and the time of year with plenty of weddings. I thought I'd share a wedding card. It includes coloring and airbrushing with Copic markers. I hope you enjoy!!!

Using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, stamp the wedding couple.
Follow the photos to color the stamped image as seen below:
  • E41 for skin
  • W10 for tie, cuff and shoes
  • R35 for cummerbund and flowers
  • E71 and W10 for hair
  • C7 for tuxedo
  • G0000 to outline the left edge of the dress and veil
  • Colorless Blender 0 to feather the pale green into the veil and dress

After coloring, cut the image using Spellbinders S4-190 Labels Four.
Using Flavours Gourmet in Chili Arbole cut S7-014 Classic Lace Borderabilities (retired).
Using an airbrush system adapter, add R35 to the "gun". Layer Spellbinders magnetic spacer (retired) or one of those funny magnets you get on the front of the phone book with Malmero Perle white 81# text and Flourish Impressabilites template. The magnetic piece keeps the template "stuck" down to the paper to help prevent under spray. Airbrush using long, fluid motions and working from the outside in for a gradient look.

Trim airbrushed piece to fit onto card.
Add lace trim onto top and bottom of mat, extending the lace over the top and bottom edges of the card base.
Use dimensional adhesive to add wedding couple to card.
Stamp Congratulations on the inside of the card.

Sign, seal and deliver!
