Easter Greetings

Easter is a perfect time to send beautiful cards to friends and family...and it comes early this year, March 31st, so it's probably time to get started. Here is a trio of cards to fit any level crafter. If you want to make multiples, go for the simple one. If you want to send an over-the-top greeting to someone very special, send the advanced card.
1. Basic

2. Intermediate

3. Advanced

Instructions
Stamp, color and die cut the image you want for your card(s).
If you plan to color the images with Copics, stamp several using Memento ink from Tsukineko and let it dry thoroughly. Many crafters have found it to be the best at not bleeding when coloring.
These colors correspond with the images above. The Copic colors below each image are the ones
that were added to make the image more detailed. You can see the blues for the background below
.
For the basic card, add it along with a tied ribbon to the card.

For the intermediate card, add a patterned paper mat to the bottom half of the card and more detailed coloring.

For the advanced card (although still doable for most crafters, just more steps), emboss the paper mat (mine is a honeycomb design) and sand over the top to give it extra dimension. Cut/emboss an oval mat, add glitter glue to the edge, let dry.
Color the Easter sign and cut it out. Adhere it over the original stamped one using 3D adhesive. Assemble the card and add silk flowers and brads to finish it off.

I hope you can also see how adding just a few things can really "fuss up" a card and make it extra special but that a simple card can also be a perfect way to send a lovely greeting.
