Summer Kickoff Series - Sightseeing With Pinky!

Hey friends it is Pinky again with a fun SUMMER project for
all those summer travelers. It's the perfect time to get ready to make
gifts for the guests you entertain, I know we always have company
who come from out of town, so why not make them an album to store
their summer travel photos, it's a wonderful gift.
I used an unusual medium for this Sightseeing Album- you might
just think of Origami paper as folding paper but it makes a fantastic texture
for craft projects as well. CutCardStock has an amazing assortment of
Origami paper that is worth checking out.

crinkle sheets fully in hand, then flatten out.
Run through sticker maker to create full sheet sticker (wrinkled).
Place onto chipboard camera pages- pressing firmly creating strong wrinkles.
Cover each page- then trim and file off excess paper.
Using copper ink- or metallic ink- brush over all crinkles
to created very vintage looking pages.
 Add embellishments to cover page.
This is how the metallic pages look when completed.
They look like a wonderful old map.

In the ends you have a fantastic gift for any guest you entertain
or just keep it for yourself!
I hope you decide to try Origami paper from CutCardStock
it really is so much fun to play with.

Until next time- Keep on creating!
