Happy Easter Card

Hello and welcome! It's Gloria with you today, sharing another Easter card. My card is filled with lovely, shimmery flowers made from Curious Metallic Cardstock!

To make this card, score an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of White Gold Curious Metallic Cardstock at 5 1/2" on the long side. Fold on the score line and burnish to make a top-fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" card base.

Trim a piece of plaid printed paper to 6" x 5 1/4" and mat with Chocolate Curious Metallic Cardstock cut to 6 1/8" x 5 3/8". Wrap a length of ribbon around the bottom of the panel and attach the panel to the left side of the card base. Create a bow from the ribbon and glue to the center of the ribbon strip.

Color an Easter image with markers and trim to 6" x 3" Mat the image with Mandarin Curious Metallic Cardstock cut to 6 1/8" x 3 1/8". Attach the image to the card front, 1 1/8" from the left edge and 5/8" from the top edge.

Using flower die cut templates, cut flowers from Mandarin and Super Gold Curious Metallic Cardstock. Die cut flower centers from scraps of Chocolate Curious Metallic Cardstock. Using leaf die cut templates, cut leaves from Botanic Curious Metallic Cardstock. Arrange the flowers around the right side of the card as shown.

Glue one small flower and leaf to the upper left corner of the image.

Decorate the inside panel of the card by cutting a strip of Chocolate Curious Metallic Cardstock to 8 3/8" x 1 1/2" and attaching the strip to the bottom of the panel. Cut plaid paper to 8 1/4" x 1 3/8" and attach to the center of the Chocolate strip. Color the basket image with markers and fussy cut. Attach to the plaid strip with foam adhesive squares. Glue a small flower and leaf to the basket as shown.

Thanks for looking!
