Watercolor Print Thank You Card

Hello, my dear crafty friends! Happy October! I could hardly believe it's already the last quarter of the year! Today I'm going to show you how printed watercolor images could be used for card making.

This is the cardstock I love for printing watercolor images Royal Sundance FELT Brilliant White Cardstock. Its texture is like cold-pressed watercolor paper. The 80lb weight makes it compatible with almost all brands of printers, yet thick enough for most paper-crafting needs.

Here is how the images turned out on this cardstock. You may hardly tell it's not a real watercolor painting.

Die cut the image to give it a frame.

With the Stardream Metallic Rose Quartz cardstock, emboss and cut the background. And use the Stardream Metallic Fine Gold cardstock underneath the pink to make the little flowers golden.

Heat emboss and die-cut the "heartfelt THANKS" sentiment.

Use the Wink of Stella Sparkle Brush Pen to add a sparkling finish on the flowers.

Here is the finish look of the card.
