Inspiration for "Cut It Up" Sketch Contest : Projects Using Star Dream Metallics and Curious Iridescent

Here are some projects I created using inspiration from the sketches and Cut Card Stock.com products ( contest details at bottom of post):

I used the sketch above on this altered clipboard. I also used the Star Dream Metallics Onyx & Mars. For the scalloped circle I used Curious Iridescent Cryogen White. It really is soooo hard to capture just how pretty this cardstock is. They glimmer and really add such beauty to any project !

Also using the sketch above I created this card using the Star Dream Mettallic Copper. Whats wonderful is that most of these colors can be ordered pre-folded as this one was so your ready to create and work quickly. I also used for the strip Curious Metallic Ionised & for the scalloped Circle I used Curious Metallic Anodised. These colors are just stunning. Can you imagine them used for Wedding Invitations ? !Of course I could not get enough of these GORGEOUS metallic I just had to make a layout using the other sketch. With this sketch I decided to do a layout using some more of these YUMMY Star Dream Metallic in Sapphire & for the rose I used the Star Dream Metallic Mars.

Keep an eye out in the next few weeks for a tutorial on how to make this beautiful cardstock rosette here on our Blog site. If you get a chance visit tell me what you think about these projects and our products. Is there something special your looking for or even if you just want to show me some of your work. Look forward to getting to know you all !Now remember we are having a contest . It is posted with Pubcalls . We have kept it super easy and its something that everyone can do soooo........... 1. Hi Guys,
Let me just say how much I love this cardstock!! It is so amazing IRL! Thank you so much for making the difference in my cards, everyone just ooh's & aahh's over them. I even have my Mom and several friends using it with me. Thanks again! IMHO it's a must have whether you are a cardmaker, or a scrapbooker or even both!

  3. Here is my submission for the second sketch. I love Stardreams and especially love the fact that it also comes in text weight. You can add lots of layers and yet keep your card weight down.

  5. I made a card using Norma's top sketch (and a similar sketch from the Sketch This blog). Both the pink and teal papers are the beautiful cut cardstock. :)
