When you have nice paper to work with, such as Cut Card Stock's Basis and Metallics, simple designs will shine. Making a quick set of cards is no problem at all.
I created this small set in less than an hour (most of the time took for me to choose the colors and patterned paper). The rest was easy. Check out how few steps there are and get going...make a quick set for yourself or for a friend.
Using 8-1/2x11" card stock (I used Basis Light Yellow), cut it into two 8-1/2x5-1/2" pieces then fold each piece in half. This makes the base of your card.

Stamp thank you sentiment onto patterned paper. Cut or punch the sentiment to fit into the Lotus die-cut. Also cut patterned paper into 2" strips.
Assemble cards by layering a card base with patterned strip, Lotus die-cut, dimensional adhesive and thank you circle.
Here they are:
I've shown several options for the arrangement. Choose one or more for your set.
This is so fun and easy. With just a quick change of the patterned paper, it can be personalized for Mother's Day, teacher appreciation or graduation gift.
Have a great, creative day!!! Eli
