It's in the Cards!

Several years ago, while attending the National Stationery Show in New York, I met a writer for Southern Living magazine and we exchanged business cards.

Four years later I received a phone message from a friend congratulating me on the photo of my business card featured in Southern Living.  I had no clue as to what she was talking about so I rushed out and purchased the newly released issue.  There it was!  My business card featured in an article about memorable business cards!!!  The SL writer held onto my card for four years!

From that moment on, I realized how important it can be to make a lasting impression with a simple piece of paper - Or, in the case of letterpress, a lasting "DEPRESSION", since the image is depressed into the paper!

This article features dozens of memorable cards I've created over the past several years for clients wanting to make their own statement.

I'll let the cards speak for themselves,  but will mention they were printed on Crane Lettra, 300 or 600 gsm. stock paper available from CutCardStock.  (There are a few other cards letterpressed on various other papers also available from CutCardStock.  The grey paper is Gmund).

Although I have a automatic paper cutter, I have on occasion had CutCardStock cut my paper down for me as this can be an invaluable service (especially if you don't have the professional equipment to do so yourself).

I'd like to give a very special thanks to CutCardStock for selecting me to be a part of the 2016 Design Team.  It has been a pleasure working with you, the rest of the team, and your delightful products!
