Patriotic Treat Bag Toppers

Soon we'll be celebrating the 4th of July and what better way to celebrate than to share some sweet treats with your friends and family while you're waiting for the fireworks to start!  Birgit here with you today with a festive patriotic project using some fresh and fun colors from Pop Tones that are on sale for the month of June.

Here's a snapshot of the supplies I'll be using today including the Pop Tones colors in Red Hot, Whip Cream and Sno Cone:

I started by cutting the dies out of each color of the Pop Tones Cardstock.  

I scored the banners at 1" from the left hand side.

I also cut medium sized stars out of each color and stitched banners out of 80lb Neenah Solar White Cardstock and stamped the sentiment on the banners.

I assembled the bag toppers as seen in the above photo using Glue Dots and adhered them to the top of each cellophane bag using Score-Tape.
