You're a Lifesaver!

I'm sure we've all had someone lend a hand or offer to help out at just the perfect time, right? Like the neighbor that shows up just when you need them, or the friend who's right by your side when life gets a bit tough. And sometimes you want to offer a little more than a "thank you", so today I'm sharing this little treat bag that could be used to hold anything from a gift card, to cash... or any other little treasure!

I've had these little gift bags in my stash for years, and they always seem to come in super handy. I decided to embellish this one with a bit of a nautical theme.
I chose Pop Tones Sweet Tooth and Wild Cherry.... I always get hungry when I'm working with Pop Tones!

I die cut and stamped all the components for my project. The life preserver came to life when I colored it with Prismacolor pencils!

After fussy-cutting the colored image, I "popped" it up using these foam adhesive strips. I love that they can be used for lots of projects because they are thin enough to really bend and maneuver!

To finish it off, I added a little piece of ribbon tied with baker's twine. I attached it with a handy little glue dot.

Then, just fill as you wish. The recipient will appreciate the fact that you went that extra step to show your appreciation!
