I love sparkle! It shows up a lot in my projects and for this card, I had some fun with some some new supplies and shimmery glitter paper from the CutCardStock store.   I used some POW! Silver Glitter paper along with a bit of POW! Black Glitter paper for this sweet thank you card.

I wanted to keep some softness to the front, so instead of using colored cardstock for the front of my white notecard, I blended 2 colors of aqua ink along the edges.  I actually made the card from some Cougar White Super Smooth cardstock in 100# weight that I just purchased.  This is perfect for creating your own notecards and die cuts since it's a thicker weight.  It holds up to ink blending really well too.  I also got some 130# weight which I can't wait to try for my tags.

I heat embossed the bold sentiment onto a white panel using Versamark Onyx Black ink along with some clear embossing powder.

Before adding the rest of my embellishments, I adhered the panel onto some of the POW! Black Glitter paper.  I love how it just gives a little bit of shimmer and gives some grounding to the card panel.

Who wouldn't want to twirl in a glitter skirt?

There is a huge variety of glitter paper and cardstock in the CutCardStock store, so be sure to head over there to see all the options.  Thanks for joining me and have a great day!
